“Online Vs. Offline Marketing… Re-Elationships Still RULE!!”

As always, I was discussing some success principles with a friend (I have lots of friends!) via private messaging on My FaceBook Page and he was asking about some ideas about “ONLINE, Social Media Marketing” and so I replied and I though I’d share some of the simple ideas I shared with him as well…

This FaceBook thing still delights and mystifies me all at the same time and though I am faaaaaar from anything like an expert on ‘social networking’, BUT I am a ‘social guy’ by nature so I have been able to get real work from some of theses sites, though I will be honest, it was not my main goal or intent.

I am currently (for the past 2 years or so) been ‘immersing’ myself in SEO, SEM and all things marketing success online and though I have done some significant testing, I have yet to ‘crack the code’ perfectly per say.

I HAVE gotten some significant results for sure in my ‘testing’, but up until recently, I VERY Specifically wanted to be ‘invisible’ to the search engines. (Hint: I STILL Target the PEOPLE I choose to do business with!)

LOTS has changes in how people find us and I am slooooowly, but surly making the shift. The ‘test-sites’ I have been playing with seam to rock, but like I said, I am no expert.

I AM in two separate Internet Marketing training events this week (actually every week for a dozen weeks each or so…) so I am learning and applying more n’ more as I test this stuff for myself.

Not planning on becoming an ‘expert or guru’, just figuring out this stuff for myself and my coaching members.

I still rely on my old-fashioned “Success Solutions Provider” paradigm and the “Re-Elationship Marketing Success” that has served me so well offline and I will be truthful, THOSE Very Same resources have served me BEST online as well…

I still have a ton to learn, but helping people get more of what THEY want need and desire transcends ALL medias!

Follow your heart and educate yourself as best you can… it’ll all work out for you my friend! There is no big ‘mystery’ to doing the right thing and being nice while service the good folks you support!

I’m going to have to take a few weeks off (I don’t know when!) to prepare new shows along these new themes. Man oh man, I get to perform mentalism AND save lives! How cool is that?

No offence to those who don’t yet know the pleasure and passion for ‘doing your dream’ and “USING” entertainment to get there, as well as the RUSH that accompanies it, PLUS it is the most truly effective way to accomplish real success in the long haul are just plain missing-out of the immense joy of knowing we are really helping people in real, tangible ways!

YES, just good, old-fashioned ‘entertainment’ helps people in some way as well, but to be able to help facilitate real, lasting life transformation is something that will change the world for the better, even if it is one person at a time

I was BLOWN-AWAY! Nearly three full decade later… and he remembers the impact and find me on Facebook to tell me! Sure, this kinda’ thing happens, but not every-day, and it still blows me away every time it happens!

Whoo Hoo, Holy Cramoly… gotta love it!

Yeah, it was a FUN and ENTERTAINING program, but the POINT was the message! Well Howdy My Friends,

What a week… Oh, and THANK YOU for all the kinds notes and communications about this “Money Making Marketing Moment… Success in Seconds!” eMinder. Most for you commentated how nice it is to read something of value KNOWING it only takes a few seconds so you can move on to other things in your busy day, doing what you do best…

Hey, this is a delightful ‘stretch’ for me as well trying my best to keep it “Powerful, Practical, Punctual & Profitable” all at the same time!

So let’s get to it… seconds a wastin’ ya know!

I already told you how crazy this week has been… running around at warp-speed with my head on fire! I’ll be honest with you, MOST of this week’s craziness were all un-planned events and interruptions.

Sometimes that is a good thing, and others it can reek havoc on our success lifestyles.

One of theses unplanned events was an awesome and amazing, 100% donation of over One HUNDRED full pallets of durable goods… toys, books, CD’s, and thousands of other brand-new items one of our small group community service ministries will be able to re-distribute into the surrounding region to directly assist and support literally thousands of people who would not otherwise see any benefit from such an awesome gift!

BUT there was a ‘hitch’… it ALL has to be MOVED Right Now, Today, This second or it will get tossed in the trash and no-one will get this stuff!

Now to put this into perspective, 100 pallets is about 10 to 15 FULLY LOADED semi-truck-loads of product and I don’t have any of my big trucks anymore!

“SCRAMBLE!”

It’s amazing what we are capable of when we are FORCED into it, eh’? Yeah, I know it was a ‘choice’ to accept the challenge, but this sort of thing doesn’t happen every-day. It does happen occasionally, but it is never on a timely schedule!

Sounds like your LIFE as well, eh’?

Robert Kiosaki; author of the Rick Dad, Poor Dad series of books refers to theses interruptions in his outlining of his “quadrants”… in THIS case; “Unplanned, but Important or URGENT”!

Creativity kicks in and THIS is where the “learnin” comes in… you see, there is NO-WAY that I cold do this all by ourselfself. (our Small Group) – No one could! We need HELP!

Too, if the GOAL is to “Impact the Community” then even the re-distribution of all this stuff was going to be a challenge to make sure to get it onto the hands of folks who NEED it… not just ‘want’ it.

Calls, emails, networking… a total community coming together for a common good! Our Small Group Service Ministry along with many agencies, civic groups, organizations, churches and peoples working TOGETHER help each other out in a truly Win, Win, Win sort of way!

So; Competition or Cooperation? That is the question! How do YOU view your business, life?

Howdy My Success Friends!

WELCOME To Your First “Monday Morning, Money Making Marketing Moment!” $uccess you can USE in a moment! (Less Than 3 Minutes!) Whoo Hoo!

Well the FIRST $uccess Tip is a Foundational, Fundamental Truth of $uccess in Business and in Life! – With-out it, little else matters much.

We’ve all hear the saying:

“It’s NOT What Happens To You That Matters, But Rather WHAT YOU DO ABOUT What Happens To You That Counts!” – Right?

Well it seams that in my zeal and passion for high-quality, truthful marketing success insights for YOU and Your “Lifestyle”, I have unwittingly, unknowingly, unintentionally raised some eyebrows from a nasty case of ‘foot-in-mouth’ disease. (Mine… Hehehehe!)

Oops…

So today’s FIRST lesson is as much for ME as it is for you…

The Lesson is:
=> Integrity & Character

I’m also gunna CHEAT a bit in that though “THIS Money Making Marketing Moment” will only be less than 3 minutes, if you care to read the lessons learned, you may have to read another 3 minutes of information by way of a public apology… later, someplace else!

For NOW (staying on task and on time) I would like to share how IMPORTANT “Character & Integrity” is in life and in business… though it is often not the easy thing, it is ALWAYS the “Right Thing”, and that can never be wrong!

Shhhhhh… here’s the secret truth:
“Character & Integrity It Is EVERYTHING!”

With-out it, little else in life and in business matters! It’s all a big-fat waist of time, talent and treasure! No one will trust you (more that once anyway) and the old adage that “Good News travels Fast!” will kick your butt, (and it really should be if you don’t have integrity & character!) FAST!

The truth is, that statement is only half-complete anyway; the unwritten law really speaks to the entire truth:
=> “Good News Travels Fast, but Bad News travels Even Faster!”

If you think “YOU got marketing game” then just TRY and overcome negative inertia and bad news! – Good luck with that!

In the 1980’s TYLONAL was just a small-time player  but their “Character & Integrity” launched them into the stratosphere as a business icon and trusted Ali since then all because THEY a GIANT massive integrity cuz they “GOT” this principle down!

In the 80’s there was a tainting scare that Tylenol COULD have ignored, spun or even squashed all together, but THEY UNDERSTOOD that “it’s NOT What Happens To You That Matters, But WHAT YOU DO ABOUT What Happens To You That Counts!”

=> Here is “What They Did About What Happened to Them:
At great personal expense they launched a national recall and awareness campaign that could have buried the up n’ coming pharmaceutical company pointing out the tainting and they THEY would take complete care of anyone affected virtually no questions asked even-though it was NOT their fault! It Cost them Millions upon Millions! They could have went belly up!

Now THAT is stepping up!

Now we all know the result… the market responded to their brutal honesty and willingness to take all the hits for something well beyond their responsibility or fault!

NOW they are single-handedly responsible for “Safety Protocols” (Like Child Saftey Lids) in packaging and distribution and they are now the leading pharmaceutical supplier of non-aspirin pain relievers on the planet!

 ”Doing the RIGHT THING is Always The Right Thing!”

“Ooops, I dunn it again!”

Whelp here I am again with another case of ‘Foot in Mouth’ disease albeit unintentional!

This last edition of my “Money Making Marketing Moment… Success in Just Moments” (If You Are NOT getting it… do so, now! – It’s FREE!) I shared an amazing true story of Massive “Character and Integrity” and so here I am doing my best to “Walk my Talk”.

Now I realize I ain’t perfect by a long-shot, I do the best I can and my motives are always as pure as they can be for sure! Truth is, I LOVE YOU GUYS and only do what I do here to help good people do good thing and succeed in life as well as in business creating the “Lifestyle” you long for most!

Here’s the rub:
Well it seams that in my zeal and passion for high-quality, truthful marketing success insights for YOU and Your “Lifestyle”, I have unwittingly, unknowingly, unintentionally raised some eyebrows from a nasty case of ‘foot-in-mouth’ disease. (Mine… Hehehehe!)

Oops… didn’t mean anything bad towards anyone we all know and love. Truth is I ever stated and re-stated many time this was most about ME and my own life experience, but it seams that a couple of good folks thought that I was somehow bashing “one of us” and such was NOT the case!

I am delighted that good people like you step-up to the plate and chose to stand by a good man in our industry… THANK YOU!

Let me be Crystal Clear; I was NOT inferring, referring, suggesting, implying or anything bad about Brad Ross! Never did, never would!

I love Brad Ross, have stood beside Brad Ross, I have his stuff, he has mine, I have supported Brad Ross, I have given Brad Ross a Video Testimonial, ( I do NOT do them often…) I have even defended Brad Ross all over the net when other ill-doers try to make wholly false accusations (ok… out n’ out LIES! Grrrrr!) about Brad Ross and other marketers! It has eve personally cost me greatly personally, professional as well as profitability to stand-up for what is RIGHT and for good folks like Brad Ross… and it is worth it!

Does THAT sound like I would bash Brad Ross??? – I don’t think so…

Do Brad Ross & I always agree on every-little-thing?

Nope, but so what! Both of us are adult enough to know the difference between a health disagreement and the quality of our friendship and we can certainly ‘agree to disagree, agreeably’ and still like and love each-other… like DUH!

JUST to be stunningly accurate; Brad Ross Is a Good man who has helped a lot of good people do what they love and get paid well for doing it…

Most folks know that you will NEVER have any problems with ME if you are serving people with character and integrity… whether I agree with your methods or not!

GET IT?

Other that all the HOT (Honest, Open & Transparent) ‘truth-telling’ I did on MYSELF there were a couple different ‘incredibly vague’ reference to a not-so-nice-magic-guy as well as non-magic marketing people who took advantage of some good people and YES, it urked the crap out of me… understandably! But that one example was nearly 4 full decades ago, long before BRAD ROSS was even a twinkle in his mommy’s eye, let alone BORN, so NO, I was not taking about Brad Ross…

YES there are there slimy marketing malcontents out there… of course they are! Welcome to LIFE! There always have been, always will be past, present and future! – Sorry, sad but honest truth.

BUT HERE is the POINT:
I mean zero malice towards our brother Brad Ross… I deeply apologize to a few of you who thought otherwise!

Brad and I had a killer conversation when I was made aware that a couple folks though anything and we are all good and life is grand!

Do I despise jerk marketing buttheads? YES!

Was I referring to Brad Ross? No! Impossible!

“Information Versus ACTION Again… Ho Hum!”

WHY is it that some ‘insist’ that INVESTING in their success and learning is a bad thing??? Some blatantly and globally insight ALL marketing courses as some sort of waist of money scam!

REALLY? – I’m sorry, but that is sheer ignorance!

Oh sure, SOME are, welcome to LIFE, but they are really in the minority in the big-picture of products and services… but to say (and YES they DO) that “ALL” are a waist of money or some kind of rip-off is patently false and worse yet, damaging to the success of those who really DO want and need to take their success to the next level… sad!

Hey, I Agree 110% in that no such-thing as “Magic Bullet Marketing” and no one “NEEDS” to get some marketing course for money for sure! NOT suggesting otherwise…

Hey, I completely understand that the internet and your local library are chalked FULL with LOTS of useful information… The Dean’s List alone is a testament to THAT!

There truly is way MORE than you will be ever able to get to, read or ‘use’ for that matter! – Like DUH!

The challenge is, as I have said here many times, is NOT a lack of information; (For FEE or For a Fee) heck you can see that the internet alone is loaded with ‘information’, and like ‘the over-all internet and the library’, there is more that anyone could ever possibly apply to our respective business’!

OK, Fine n’ dandy! I’m good with that!

Hey, you can take what ya know Right NOW and just APPLY IT! – TODAY, THIS very second and get at-least some returns pretty dog-gone quickly if you simply “Take ACTION Until!!!”

Hey no one ever promised us that success was ‘a perfect process’, and nor is it a destination… we’ve heard it all before, It “Is A Journey”.

Personally, I find, after all theses years, that Success is ‘simple’, but not always ‘easy’ if you understand my meaning. Sure, we MAKE it more difficult on ourselves that we often need to, but that is just a timed investment for most to LEARN how to make success more ‘simple’ and eventually more EASY and waaaay more attainable.

We keep adding more ACTION to what we “know” and we keep getting better and better over time… enjoy the ride and the ‘process’.

It’s quite FUN if you allow it!

YES, “there ARE shortcuts” at the expense of others mistakes, so when you stand on the shoulders of giants we can better see the destination before you and distinguish the PATH from the PITFALLS and that is what ‘Learning’ does for us.

GET IT?

I realize no one ‘NEEDS’ to spend a penny to get more information…

I WILL say that I have personally invested millions into my life and career and it has yielded personal, professional results well beyond the silly little investments I have made over the years. – If I were to have done it all again, I would have done it sooner and more frequently, but that’s me. (…and because of the RESULTS! – Duh!)

Please, use the net, use your local library (of course!) and “IF” you are to invest into your life and your success (in THIS example) I would embrace a success system that serves YOU and your target outcomes a most desired results!

IF you GET IT and “Apply” what-ever you choose, it will likely cut many years and many MISTAKES off your journey to your desired success destination!

Who doesn’t want that???

Stand on the shoulders of giants for less than the income you will make from ONE Silly Little Show or Event! (…and theses courses WILL show you how to do MUCH better that just ‘one-show’ for sure!) – A small, but fair trade For SURE! You won’t get that kind of return on investment in the stock market for sure!

So, KEEP LEARNING to be sure, BUT more importantly, “MAP” (Massive ACTION Plan) your way to success! Take action (“UNTIL”) and the results will come!

Success will NOT walk between you and your TV… that is for sure!

“Low Cost, High Impact Success!”

THIS was one of the questions asked: (Paraphrased)
“What are your favorite, low-cost, high impact marketing ideas?”

 For me, it has always been “Re-Elationship Marketing” witch is a ‘well implemented, well balanced combination’ of several different type of “P2P” (People To People) systems that produce astounding results for virtually no real ‘cost’. – the COST is that most do nothing.

We’ve all heard of ‘Word Of Mouth’ marketing, but that is a ‘result’ of the rest of the ‘Re-Elationship Marketing’ strategies:

= A killer live product/show!
But not “just”… you MUST apply a killer product WITH well designed triggers to actually GET folks to refer, rebook, recommend… etc. you and your solution! (Again, this does not happen by happenstance or by accident…) JUST having ‘a great show’ is NOT always ‘enough’ if you want to be successful! YES, (before I get torn apart here… hehehe!) you MUST have a strong, commercial product that people ARE willing to recommend and refer, OK?

= VERY Specific, VERY Proactive “SYSTEMS” for referral stimulation & reward!
Again, this does not happen by happenstance or by accident… sorry!

= Turn Your ‘Network’ into your “NetWORTH”!
Most mess this up by ‘over NetWORKING’ their crowd to a bloody pulp! They net-“work-over “ to the point that people feel literally ‘worked-over’ instead of happy to have met you! – - PLEASE don’t be ‘that guy’! – YUK!

Indelible Trust Re-Elationships is always your number ONE desired success outcome! People will invest with people they know, like and trust! (Duh!)

= Follow Up, Follow Through!
Common Courtesy… This is HUGE! I can’t tell you how many time my re-elationships tell me that I am the ONLY ONE who EVER sent them a simple gift, confirmed date and details, offered support, experienced insights and encouragement or even sent a simple thank-you note and how incredibly valuable was to them… as well as a welcome surprise!

= BE the professional “Solutions Provider”!
The ‘Solutions Provider Paradigm’ seams OBVIOUS, (as does the rest of this stuff) but “If Common Sense Were Common Place, We’d ALL be Millionaires!”

I guess we could really call all this “Like DUH!” Marketing, but the unfortunate fact of the matter is that most do NOT even apply the simple, ever-so-basic, common sense truths to their success marketing outcomes!

Like I said, for me, “Re-Elationship Marketing” has always been my number one, results getting system at ANY price!

Just some thoughts…
